Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Where a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued. No prescription service fees are retained where treatment is declined on clinical grounds.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. We use tracked delivery services to ensure safe receipt of your medication.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and appropriate delivery address is provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of prescription medicines and regulatory requirements.
To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via our website. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
